Text
Terms used in §§ 32-5-155 to 32-5-166 , inclusive, mean, (1) "Veteran," any person who meets the provisions of § 33A-2-1 ;
(2)"Owner," any person who owns a motor vehicle that is operated or driven on the public highways of this state or any person with written authorization to act on behalf of and as an agent for the owner;
(3)"Active duty," active duty in the United States armed forces; and (4) "Service," service in the United States armed forces.
