§ 32-3A-37 — Validation of nonnegotiable interstate title application.
The county treasurer shall forward each nonnegotiable interstate title to the department with the application for registration, a copy of the valid ownership document or out - of - state registration. The department shall determine if such documents were valid at the time of application for registration.
