§ 32-31-8 — Driving over fire hose prohibited--Violation as misdemeanor.

South Dakota·Title 32 MOTOR VEHICLES·Ch. 32-30 EMERGENCY VEHICLES
No vehicle may be driven over any unprotected hose of a fire department when laid down on any street, private road, or driveway to be used at any fire or alarm of fire, without the consent of the fire department official in command. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
