Text

An approved entity using the electronic title and registration system shall transmit all application documents, required electronic signatures, and fees, through the system to the department. Upon receiving an application transmitted through the electronic title and registration system, the county treasurer shall, by close of business on the third business day, either:

(1)Accept the application and forward it to the department; or (2) Reject the application and return it to the approved entity.
