§ 32-28-15 — Disruption or interference with traffic signal preemption system as misdemeanor.

South Dakota·Title 32 MOTOR VEHICLES·Ch. 32-27 TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES
No person may disrupt or interfere with the traffic signal preemption system installed by any municipality, county, or other unit of local government for use by emergency vehicles to improve traffic movement by temporarily controlling signalized intersections. Any violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
