Text
Any aftermarket crash part supplied by a nonoriginal equipment manufacturer for use in this state shall have affixed thereto or inscribed thereon the logo or name of its manufacturer. The manufacturer's logo or name shall be visible after installation if practicable. Any violation of this section shall be enforced through the provisions of chapter 58-33 and shall be enforced by the penalties provided for in chapter 58-33 .
