Text

No person shall operate any vehicle, including, but not limited to, snowmobiles, motorcycles, and all - terrain vehicles, upon any private land without permission from the owner or lessee of such land. The provisions of this section shall not apply to a vehicle used on a highway or other public right - of - way in accordance with the provisions of chapter 32-20A . A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
