§ 32-12A-57 — Out-of-service order violation--Employer--Penalty.

South Dakota·Title 32 MOTOR VEHICLES·Ch. 32-11 COMMERCIAL DRIVERS LICENSES AND PERMITS
The state's attorney for the county in which the violation of subdivision 32-12A-5 (3) occurs shall commence a civil in rem proceeding of not less than seven thousand one hundred and fifty-five dollars and not more than thirty-nine thousand six hundred and fifteen dollars against the employer.
