Text

For the purposes of §§ to 31-13-54 , inclusive, subdivision means the division of any tract or parcel of land into two or more lots, sites, or other division for the purpose, whether immediate or future, of sale or building development. For the purposes of §§ to 31-13-54 , inclusive, street shall mean any road, road right - of - way, road area, or street dedicated to the public or for the public use located entirely within platted land or a subdivision, and abutted on both sides along its entire length by the platted land or subdivision.
