The Governor, justices of the Supreme Court, judges of the circuit courts, attorney general, secretary of state, state treasurer, state auditor, and commissioner of school and public lands shall devote full time to the duties of their respective offices and such officers shall not be entitled to, or authorized to take or receive for any of their official services any other compensation, emoluments, or perquisites than the salaries provided by law.
