Text

Each state agency shall adopt a written policy on reporting improper governmental conduct and crime and submitting records evidencing the improper governmental conduct or crime. Each state agency shall notify and inform state employees of the obligations and protections set forth in the provisions of §§ 1-56-11 , 3-6C-28 , and 3-6C-29 .
