Text
The bureau shall perform human resource functions for the following agencies:
(1)Board of Regents;
(2)Board of Trustees of the South Dakota Retirement System; and (3) All other state departments, bureaus, divisions, boards, and commissions of the executive branch. The bureau may delegate human resource functions to either the Board of Regents or the Board of Trustees of the South Dakota Retirement System through agreements entered into pursuant to chapter 1-24 .
