§ 3-13-65 — Catch up--Maximum deferral.
South Dakota·Title 3 PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES·Ch. 3-12B DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN FOR PUBLIC EMPLOYEES
Effective for each of the three calendar years immediately preceding a participant's normal retirement date, a participant may defer up to twice the dollar amount specified in § 3-13-56.5 .
