§ 3-13-64 — Unforeseeable emergency distribution--Participant deferrals cease.
South Dakota·Title 3 PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES·Ch. 3-12B DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN FOR PUBLIC EMPLOYEES
If a participant receives approval of an unforeseeable emergency distribution, pursuant to § 3-13-82 , the participant must cease deferrals to the plan before the distribution may be completed.
