Text
Within fifteen days of the system's receipt of the automatic enrollee's initial deferral, the system shall provide notice to the automatic enrollee of the enrollee's right not to participate in the plan. Within one year after an automatic enrollee's first compensation deferral and annually thereafter, the system shall provide notice to the automatic enrollee of the enrollee's right to amend the deferral amount and the enrollee's right to amend the choice of investment alternatives.
