Text
To determine the retirement benefits of a conservation officer employed by the Department of Game, Fish and Parks, Division of Custer State Park, and a park ranger, for credited service earned prior to July 1, 1995, the benefits are calculated pursuant to § 3-12C-1106 . For credited service after June 30, 1995, the benefits are calculated pursuant to § 3-12C-1107 .
