Text
The secretary of human services may adopt reasonable and necessary rules pertaining to the attendant - care program in the following areas:
(1)The amount, scope, and duration of care;
(2)The level and basis of payment;
(3)Eligibility determination;
(4)Administration, record keeping, and audit requirements; and (5) Such other standards and requirements as may be necessary to ensure the efficient operation and administration of the program.
