§ 28-7A-8 — Manner of application--Timely response.

South Dakota·Title 28 PUBLIC WELFARE AND ASSISTANCE·Ch. 28-7 TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE FOR NEEDY FAMILIES

Application shall be made in a manner prescribed by the department. The department shall promptly notify the applicant of its decision.
