Text
The board of county commissioners may establish a special emergency county welfare account upon which the county welfare departments may make immediate, direct cash withdrawals up to one hundred dollars a month to meet special emergency requirements of said county welfare departments. The special account shall be deposited with a local bank and subject to withdrawals upon the signatures of county officials designated and authorized to do the same by the board of county commissioners. The board shall from time to time appropriate money from the general fund to this special account.
