If the state's attorney claims that any statement ordered to be produced under §§ 26-7A-63 to 26-7A-67 , inclusive, contains matter which does not relate to the subject matter of the testimony of the witness, the court shall order the state's attorney to deliver the statement for the inspection of the court in camera. Upon delivery the court shall excise the portions of the statement which do not relate to the subject matter of the witness. With the material excised, the court shall direct delivery of the statement to the respondent or child for the party's use. If, pursuant to this procedure, any portion of the statement is withheld from the respondent or the child, the respondent or the child objects to the withholding, and the hearing proceeds to an adjudication of the child, the entire
