Text
For the purposes of compliance with §§ 26-6-14.3 to , inclusive, the department shall permit an individual to transfer a current criminal record clearance, as defined in § 26-6-14.3 , from one facility to another when changing employment. The department shall supply the individual with documentation of the clearance within thirty days of a written request for the records.
