South Dakota·Title 24 CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES AND PAROLE·Ch. 24-14 ADULT STATE CORRECTIONAL PAROLE SYSTEM
Terms used in this chapter mean:
(1)"Board," the Board of Pardons and Paroles;
(2)"Department," the Department of Corrections;
(3)"Secretary," the secretary of the Department of Corrections.
