South Dakota·Title 24 CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES AND PAROLE·Ch. 24-1 MANAGEMENT OF STATE CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES

The prison facility authorized by SL 2025 (1st SS), ch 1, may not be used for the temporary detention of non-adjudicated noncitizens who are being actively deported by the Department of Homeland Security.
