Text

A person commits an offense if he, acting on behalf of a provider providing a good or a service to a recipient under the program, charges, solicits, accepts, or receives anything of additional value in addition to the amount legally payable under the program in connection with a provision of such a good or a service. A violation of this section is a Class 5 felony.
