Text
For purposes of § 22-11-31 , the term, harasses, means a knowing and willful course of conduct directed at any person which seriously alarms or annoys the person and which serves no legitimate legal purpose. For purposes of § 22-11-31 , the term, course of conduct, means a pattern of conduct composed of a series of acts over a period of time, however short, evidencing a continuity of purpose.
