§ 20-13-36 — Administration of oaths--Depositions.
The commission, any commissioner, or any investigator, agent, or hearing examiner appointed by the division is empowered to administer oaths, and take depositions as provided by §§ 1-26-19.1 and 1-26-19.2 .
