Nothing in this chapter requires any person selling, renting, or leasing property, or any person acting for an owner, with or without compensation, including any person licensed as a real estate broker or salesman, property manager, attorney, auctioneer, agent, or representative by power of attorney or appointment, or any person acting under court order, deed of trust, or will, to modify the property in any way, incur any additional expenses or exercise a higher degree of care for a person having a disability than for a person who does not have a disability.
