§ 20-12-7 — Appeal from local commission.
South Dakota·Title 20 PERSONAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS·Ch. 20-12 MUNICIPAL AND COUNTY PROTECTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS
All decisions of a commission shall be subject to appeal under the same conditions and in the manner provided under §§ 1-26-30 to 1-26-37 , inclusive.
