The Legislative Research Council shall compile the reports provided pursuant to § 2-6-38 , and distribute a compiled report to the chair and vice chair of the Government Operations and Audit Committee. During the first week of the legislative session each year, members of the Government Operations and Audit Committee shall present and review the compiled report with legislators in each legislative body. Individual reports may also be distributed to the chair of any standing committee of the Legislature as determined by the chair of the Government Operations and Audit Committee. To ensure public accountability, the Legislative Research Council shall develop a website that contains the compiled report and the references where further information can be located.
