§ 18-1-3 — Seal and oath filed with secretary of state.

South Dakota·Title 18 OATHS AND ACKNOWLEDGMENTS·Ch. 18-1 NOTARIES PUBLIC
Each notary public, before entering upon the duties of the office, shall obtain an official seal and file an impression of the same, together with the oath described in § 18-1-2 , in the Office of the Secretary of State.
