§ 16-2-50 — Definitions.
Terms used in §§ 23-3-52 , 23-3-53 , and to 16-2-54 , inclusive, mean:
(1)"CASA," court appointed special advocate;
(2)"Commission," the Court Appointed Special Advocates Commission;
(3)"Fund," court appointed special advocates fund; and (4) "Grant program," the court appointed special advocates grant program.
