Every judge or retired judge acting pursuant to an appointment by the Chief Justice shall complete sexual harassment prevention training offered by the Unified Judicial System or approved by the Chief Justice within two years after the enactment of this rule or after beginning judicial service and at least once every three years thereafter. Completion of sexual harassment prevention training approved by the State Bar will meet the requirements of this rule. Failure to complete such required training may be grounds for disciplinary action. ), eff. Feb. 1, 2022.
