Text

No election may be held in a school district if:

(1)The number of nominating petitions filed for each vacant position to be filled does not exceed the number of vacancies; and (2) No other questions are to be submitted to the voters. The business manager shall issue certificates of election to the unopposed nominees in the same manner as to successful candidates after election.
