§ 13-63-31 — Annual report by council.

South Dakota·Title 13 EDUCATION·Ch. 13-60 HIGHER EDUCATION SAVINGS PLAN
The council shall submit an annual report to the speaker of the House of Representatives, the president pro tem of the Senate, and the Governor by February first that summarizes the council's findings and recommendations concerning the program established by this chapter.
