§ 13-62-3 — Administrator--Bond.

South Dakota·Title 13 EDUCATION·Ch. 13-60 SOUTH DAKOTA SERVICES FOR THE DEAF
The administrator shall give a bond to the state in an amount fixed by the Board of Regents, for the faithful discharge of duties. The bond must be approved, recorded, and filed in the same manner as the bonds of state officers.
