§ 13-60-6 — Assays and tests made at mining experiment station--Charges.

South Dakota·Title 13 EDUCATION·Ch. 13-60 SOUTH DAKOTA SCHOOL OF MINES AND TECHNOLOGY

Assays shall be made at such station for the citizens of this state on ores and minerals to determine the percentage of valuable contents at a nominal charge only, the charge to be fixed by the Board of Regents; also tests on a working scale to determine the most suitable method of treatment at a nominal charge only, to be determined by such board.
