§ 13-6-66 — Effective date of change of boundaries by creation of new district.

South Dakota·Title 13 EDUCATION·Ch. 13-5 SCHOOL DISTRICT REORGANIZATION
The changes in boundaries caused by the creation of the new school district shall take effect July first after the new board has been elected and qualified.
