Text
If a joint school district is created, the county officials shall comply with the orders and directives of the board of county commissioners of the county having jurisdiction over the school district so created. A school district shall be considered to be under the jurisdiction of the board of county commissioners of the county where the major portion of the children listed on the fall submission of student enrollment data of the school district area are located.
