§ 13-57-4 — Sectarian religion and partisan politics prohibited in university.

South Dakota·Title 13 EDUCATION·Ch. 13-57 UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH DAKOTA
The University of South Dakota shall never be under the control of any religious denomination and no instruction either sectarian in religion or partisan in politics shall be allowed in any department of the university.
