South Dakota·Title 13 EDUCATION·Ch. 13-55G MEMORIAL EDUCATION
The Department of Education in cooperation with the South Dakota Tribal College Association may promulgate rules, pursuant to chapter 1-26 , to implement §§ 13-55G-1 to 13-55G-4 , inclusive.
