Any student who is a South Dakota resident attending the Cheyenne River Community College in Eagle Butte, Oglala Lakota College in Kyle, Sinte Gleska University in Rosebud, Sisseton - Wahpeton Community College in Sisseton, or Standing Rock Community College in Fort Yates, North Dakota, is eligible for a memorial education cost equalization grant as provided in §§ 13-55G-2 to 13-55G-5 , inclusive. The eligibility of the students attending these institutions is contingent upon the institution being accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools Accrediting Agency.
