South Dakota·Title 13 EDUCATION·Ch. 13-54 SCHOLARSHIPS AND FREE TUITION AT STATE INSTITUTIONS

It shall be the duty of the Board of Regents to determine who are entitled to the benefits of § 13-55-2 .
