§ 13-53-45 — Confidentiality of information--Restrictions.

South Dakota·Title 13 EDUCATION·Ch. 13-52 ADMINISTRATION OF STATE INSTITUTIONS
The Board of Regents shall treat all information disclosed pursuant to §§ 13-28-50 and as confidential and subject to the same restrictions that apply to personally identifiable information involving any student enrolled in the universities or special schools.
