§ 13-47-8 — Acquisition and use of property.

South Dakota·Title 13 EDUCATION·Ch. 13-47 EDUCATIONAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS

The board shall have the power and duty to acquire real estate and other property as an agency of the State of South Dakota, and to hold and use the same for educational telecommunications purposes.
