§ 13-47-7 — Telecommunications network sponsored by board.

South Dakota·Title 13 EDUCATION·Ch. 13-47 EDUCATIONAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS
The board shall have the power and duty to promote and sponsor a noncommercial educational telecommunications network to serve a series of interconnecting units throughout the State of South Dakota.
