Text
After a multidistrict center is established, additional school districts may become participants in the multidistrict center and are governed by the provisions of §§ 13-39-41 to 13-39-64 , inclusive, upon following the process pursued by the school districts originally forming the multidistrict center including approval by the school district board and the center board according to the procedure set forth in §§ 13-39-60 and 13-39-61 .
