§ 13-39-49 — Chairman and vice chairman of center board.

South Dakota·Title 13 EDUCATION·Ch. 13-38 CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION
The officers of a center board shall be a chairman and a vice chairman, who shall not be from the same school district. The chairman shall preside at all meetings of a center board and in his absence the vice chairman shall preside.
