§ 13-39-47 — Oaths of center board members.

South Dakota·Title 13 EDUCATION·Ch. 13-38 CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION
All persons appointed to a center board shall qualify and assume office at the first regular meeting of a center board in July or the first regular meeting of a center board following their appointment by taking and subscribing to the oath as provided for regular school board members.
