§ 13-34-25 — Representation of school board, board member or school district by attorney general.

If any school board, school board member or school district is sued regarding the implementation of § 13-34-23 or 13-34-24 , the attorney general shall represent the school board, school board member or school district at no cost to the school board, school board member or school district.
