§ 13-33-20 — Distance learning defined.

South Dakota·Title 13 EDUCATION·Ch. 13-31 CURRICULUM AND COURSES OF INSTRUCTION

For purposes of §§ to 13-33-23 , inclusive, distance learning is the technology and educational process used to provide instruction when the student and primary instructor are not physically present at the same time or place.
